There Suzuki recently updated the compact SUV Vitaraintroducing a new restyling with changes in the front design, improvements in the infotainment system and advanced technologies for driving safety. The engine options remain the same, with versions 129 HP mild hybrid and 115 HP full hybridavailable with both two and four-wheel drive.
The new Vitara has undergone a restyling mainly in the front, characterized by a grille without the traditional vertical slats but with a thin chrome line which crosses the Suzuki logo, connecting to the LED light signature present across the entire range.
The front bumper has also been revised, with less chrome and a more adventurous style. The range offers ten body color options, including five single-tone and five two-tonewith new shades like the Sphere Blue Pearl with roof Cosmic Black Pearl Metallic and the Titan Dark Gray Pearl Metallic.

Inside the new Suzuki Vitara, the main novelty is represented by the new 9 inch touch screen for infotainment, with greater readability, responsiveness and a more modern interface.
This update also introduces the wireless connectivity For Apple CarPlay And Android Autotogether with remote monitoring via adedicated appwhich allows users to receive vehicle status and service updates, store the car’s location and activate geofencing function to receive notifications when the Vitara leaves a predefined zone.
Suzuki ADAS updated on the Vitara
In addition to the updated infotainment, the new Vitara includes advanced driver assistance technologies. The system of automatic emergency braking now uses two sensors to improve recognition of objects on the road, including cyclists and pedestrians, even when they move in directions that are not orthogonal to the car.
There integrated camera in the digital instrumentation it detects signs of driver fatigue more effectively, emitting audible and visual warnings if necessary.
The adaptive cruise control and the road sign recognition are enhanced by a more precise radar and a new monocular camera. Finally, the lane keeping assistant uses the position of the vehicles ahead in situations where road markings are difficult to read.
Engines
The 2024 Suzuki Vitara engine range includes two options. The first is the engine 1.5 Dualjet full hybrid with 102 HP of power, with support of a 24 kW electric motor powered by one 140 Volt lithium ion batteryfor a total of 115 HP. This system is operated via a six-speed automated manual transmission (AGS).
Alternatively, the 1.4 liter turbo petrol engine with 129 hp of power, coupled to a system 48 Volt mild hybrid and a six-speed manual gearbox. Both engines can be equipped with the four-wheel drive as optional.
This system provides four driving modes: 4WD – Auto, Sport, Snow and Lock – selectable via a rotor on the center console.
Suzuki Vitara Cool, Top and Starview trim levels
The Vitara can be purchased in combination with the trim levels Cool, Top and Starviewwith the first two reserved for the Hybrid 1.4 48V versions, while the third only in combination with the Hybrid 1.5 140 Volt. The 1.4 48V Cool version of the Suzuki Vitara includes full equipment with 17″ alloy wheels inchesautomatic climate control, tinted rear windows, full LED headlights and height-adjustable and heated front seats.
The setup Top adds coverings in high-quality materials, parking sensors front and rear and the system “Chiavintasca” for opening doors and starting. The version Starview it additionally has a panoramic roof openable and function stop&go for Adaptive Cruise Control on Vitaras with automatic transmission.
Price, how much does the Vitara cost with incentives
The price of the new Suzuki Vitara starts from 25,900 euroswho enjoys the government incentives with an amount of 1,500 euros for the scrapping of a Euro 4 car, 2,000 euros for a Euro 3 car and 3,000 euros for Euro 2, Euro 1 and Euro 0 vehicles. These incentives are in addition to the discounts from the Suzuki network which bring the price to 20,400 euros in case of scrapping of Euro 2 or older cars.
