“It has not been shown that Lindgren’s intention was to kill the interested party or that he considered the death of the interested party to be a certain consequence of his actions. However, Lindgren, by proceeding in the manner described, must have considered the death of the person concerned as a quite probable consequence of his procedure,” the judgment says.

Gunnar Holger Hagert, 33, was sentenced to three years and ten months in prison for, among other things, aggravated robbery. In the punishment, the previous residual punishment has been implemented.

A car the woman who was driving was fined for protecting a criminal. He denied the charge. According to him, by driving Lindgren and Hagert away from the crime scene, his purpose was not to protect the perpetrators, but to calm the situation.
