The State Coordination of Civil Protection (CEPC) closed two children’s rooms in the border town of San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, due to irregularities detected by personnel of the Department of Inspection and Surveillance of the agency.
The above was derived from 13 inspections carried out on that border, in coordination with the Civil Protection Unit of that municipality, reported the CEPC in a press release.
He closure of child care centers was made in response to complaints of the same municipality and works based on the Annual Inspection Program for Nurseries applied by the state agency.
Inspection and Surveillance personnel from the CEPC went to the commercial neighborhood of the city of San Luis Río Colorado, to verify that the Children’s and Preschool Stay “Marus“I didn’t count on Internal Civil Protection Program no liability insurance.
It also did not have an electrical opinion, accreditation for drills, an emergency exit door and some of its smoke detectors were not working, which is why the operation of the place was suspended until it meets all the requirements to safeguard the integrity of the girls and boys.
On the other hand, it was found that the children’s stay “My First Steps”, located in the same Comercial neighborhood, it worked 15 meters from a wood warehouse and 25 meters from a gas station.
In this way, article 43 of the June 5 Law was not complied with, which establishes that these properties must be separated by a distance greater than 100 meters in all directions, for which reason it was decided to close them definitively.
