According to the usual Tom Henderson, Ubisoft would have plans to present again Skull & Bones in an event scheduled forbeginning of July 2022which therefore would be very close, given that we are talking about a couple of weeks away.
The pirate game Ubisoft had a very complex genesis, so much so that it bordered on the “vaporware” risk several times, with the project that in several cases seemed to be wrecked and canceled.
Apparently this is not the case: Ubisoft wanted to focus on the concept and decided rather to relaunch it, carrying out a reboot that will be presented in more detail in a few days, according to Henderson.
The idea is that there will be a presentation event in the week starting July 4th, that is between 4 and 10 July 2022. For the rest, there are no details on the contents of the presentation nor on its form, except that it will obviously contain Skull and Bones and will probably show the renewed gameplay of the game.
The title remains somewhat mysterious, because after the first presentation it should have been somewhat modified by the developers. At the end of April we had seen a stolen gameplay that presented some features of the game, while a few days ago its classification for PS5, Xbox Series X | S, Stadia and PC appeared, suggesting the cancellation of the versions for old generation consoles.
