OPPO launches the fourth edition of the project OPPO Renovators Emerging Artists: event dedicated to young artists from all over the world whose art also passes through technology. A project aimed at creative professionals, students, professors of art institutes, design and all those who wish to explore the fusion of art and technology. All this comes from a fusion of “Inspiration Ahead” and “Youth Inspiration”, both featured in the Reno series; both encourage talents to show themselves, freeing their creativity.

OPPO puts two categories in competition: “Future Renovators” and “Brand Renovators”
Reaching the fourth edition, the company has had the opportunity to tighten partnership with the best schools and universities of art and design in more than 230 cities in over 40 countries and areas of the world. To date there are at least ten thousand people involved in the program and in which they have participated. There will be two categories in the race and they focus on the concept “Art + Tech”. The works presented will be evaluated by a jury of experts, including the promoter of the Renovators program, vice president of the School of Intermedia Art (SIMA) of the China Academy of Artas well as a prominent artist and curator, Dajuin Yao; Gerben Schemercurator and producer of animation and contemporary art works, e Takahiro Kaneshimaindependent curator and lecturer at the Kyoto University of the Arts.
Future Renovators will focus on important social issues, such as: smart living, sustainability, use of new materials, reduction of carbon emissions, security and privacy, multimedia innovation or connectivity. The Brand Renovators category, on the other hand, involves works of art directly connected to the brand, with which creators can choose between two paths: Reno Artwork and Ollie IP’s Application Design.
The first will allow participants to present ideas related to the concept, design or application of OPPO Reno series smartphones; the second path, on the other hand, will allow the creation of new creative paths for enhance Ollie, the brand’s mascot, or completely redesign it.

Thanks to these projects, the brand has managed to build a global network that will soon be expanded even more. This will allow many young people to test their skills and have a considerable professional growth, involving a purely international audience.
