The new Elite Wireless Controller consists of adjustable tension sticks, rounded rubber grips and shorter trigger blocks and allows for numerous customization possibilities, with unique button mapping options in the Xbox Accessories app. The controller allows you to save up to three custom profiles, easily switching from one account to another. Thanks to the rechargeable battery, with a duration of up to 40 hours, and components (sold separately), built to accompany the user over time, you can immerse yourself in long gaming sessions without interruptions. The Elite Wireless Controller for Xbox Series 2 – Core, in white color, is available on the Italian market at the Microsoft Store and the main physical and online retailers, at a price of 129.99 euros, starting next September 21st. The complete component package will be available separately on the Italian market at the Microsoft Store and major physical and online retailers, at a price of € 59.99, again starting next September 21st. The announcement follows Sony’s one a few weeks, which announced DualSense Premium for PS5 at Gamescom 2022 in Cologne. The pad is meant to offer more control options and has two rear buttons on the back of the analog sticks, and the analog stick sticks can be changed in running speed for a more immediate snap in racing games. All buttons are freely configurable, and you can save each configuration with a separate name and retrieve your set depending on the game at any time, from the PS5 system. However, Sony has not announced the release date and price of the device.
