Egyptian singer and actress Mai Kassab continues her Ramadan attendance, which she began years ago, through the series “Al-Ataula”, in 30 episodes, and its events revolve in a popular social context, around a conflict between two brothers, and in it Mai embodies the character of a nurse who is divorced from the older brother who leaves the neighborhood and moves. To another place to escape from the problems that haunt him.

Mai said that she is optimistic about presenting her works during the Ramadan season, as she has achieved remarkable success through them, starting with the six-com series “Tamer and Shawqia” in its five parts, and passing through “Karimah Karima,” “Very Special,” “Saraya Abdeen,” and “Sweet Dreams.” And “I want to get married,” and “For the highest price,” and ending with “Jaafar Al-Omda.”
Mai also continues her cinematic presence through a work entitled “Panic Film”, whose events revolve in a comedic context around a film writer who seeks to achieve his dream of having his first film released. He faces many comedic situations, and in it she embodies the character of a singer, who decides to turn to acting.
Kassab revealed that she was not thinking about acting until the writer Ibrahim Abdel Majeed nominated her to play an important role in a series based on his novel “No One Sleeps in Alexandria,” after he saw her in the clip “Shiel Deh Min Deh.”
