Doctor and TV presenter Alexander Myasnikov appreciated the need to take extra vitamin C for colds and flu, he expressed his opinion on the air of the TV channel “Russia-1”.
According to him, some scientists believe that the use of vitamin C for prevention does not save from the disease. According to other researchers, large doses of vitamin C can shorten the duration of a cold.

Earlier, Myasnikov revealed a way to properly take vitamin D. He noted that this substance is better absorbed when taken in tablets. The specialist explained that, in general, the vitamins present in the products are taken by the body with food more efficiently than those contained in the vitamin-mineral complex. However, there are those that should be drunk already prepared and in tablet form.
