VK (formerly Mail.ru Group) shares fell in price during trading on December 3, testify data Moscow Exchange.

On December 2, the management of the Sogaz insurance company, of which Gazprom is the largest shareholder, approved the decision to purchase a 45% stake in MF Technologies, which controls 57.3% of the votes of the VK holding (formerly Mail.ru Group). The seller was Megafon, which owned 45 percent of the shares of MF Technologies.
On December 3, it became known that Gazprom-Media would become the new co-owner of VK. Gazprombank transferred to the holding 45 percent of shares of MF Technologies, which controls 57.3 percent of VK’s voting shares.
