ORA newborn was rescued on the morning of this Tuesday, April 23, from inside the septic tank from a farm located in the San Isidro canton, in the municipality of Izalco, Sonsonate.

The Police reported that in the early morning a call was received in the 911 Emergency System to report the discovery of the baby who was located inside the grave due to his crying.
Citizens in the area heard the baby's cries and reported it to the authorities.

Agents from the Izalco Rural Police base arrived at the scene and rescued the baby. One of the agents dove into the grave to place the newborn in a basket and take it out.
In the afternoon police sources confirmed that Three people have been arrested, two women and a man, who would initially be linked to the abandonment of the baby.
However, they said that due to the progress of the investigations, their identities would not yet be revealed.
