Last October Nigeria experienced its worst flooding in a decade, resulting in the deaths of at least 600 people. With houses and public buildings flooded, more than a million people have been displaced. We speak with a young student who has been traveling by boat to help communities affected by the flood. While an expert in flooding and risk management exposed another factor that would have contributed to the tragedy, coming from neighboring Cameroon.
