Teamfight Tactics, the chess mode a League of Legends, welcomes a certain character that we have seen within the Arcane animated series: we are talking about Silco, the orverlord will make its in-game debut this February.
The animated series inspired by the lore of the signed title of the same name Riot it is still fresh in the minds of viewers. The episodes debuted on Netflix in three parts and given the great celebration carried out in recent weeks, i RiotX Arcane Progress Days, it is more than normal that the software house decides to return to the animated product.
Teamfight Tactics allows players to build a roster of champions taken directly from League of Legends and Arcane’s antagonist is about to join the ranks. Silco will be a design challenge for Riot, as so far only the champion lists and their skins have been imported from the MOBA.
The overlord was rebuilt from scratch and still represents a work in progress. As we learned from the series, we might expect the character as a mastermind that plots in the back, but Riot hasn’t revealed what his specific abilities will be yet.

For the first time in Teamfight Tactics history, we will be adding an exclusive unit to the mid-set Gizmos & Gadget next February: Silco!
The undercity’s most renowned overlord will make his Convergence debut this February.
Silco’s introduction could lead to new units coming up Teamfight Tactics which may have come from completely different media. As Riot herself described “While Silco will be the first non-League unit to join TFT, new strangers may arrive in the future“.
Whether it’s a preview of other characters from the expanded universe of League of Legends? Or maybe they could refer to Agents from Valorant… It wouldn’t be the first time we’d see a crossover, but until further notice we’ll have to wait for new updates.
The second season of Arcane has already been confirmed. We refer you to our dedicated article for all the information.
