A lawsuit filed against Sony in previous months he accused PlayStation of “wage disparities, unlawful dismissal and other cases of discrimination based on gender”. Now this charge has been dismissed by the Northern California United States District Court.
In reaching this decision, the court states that the former PlayStation employee, Emma Majoin most cases he did not fully explain his allegations, with the conclusion stating in one case that “the plaintiff merely recited the elements of the complaint and did not adduce any specific facts”, and in another that his claims were not “plausibly supported”.
It is important to note, however, that there is still no end to this story. While rejecting most of the thirteen lawsuits filed against PlayStation, the court acknowledges that three of these are still open and that additional testimony from eight women will help keep this discussion open.
“These statements can produce new allegations“, adds the sentence, before concluding that” the plaintiff can present a second modified complaint within 28 days “.
