During the past two decades, Kuwait has worked to implement several giant projects within the framework of an ambitious national strategy, such as the “Sabah Al-Ahmad Sea City” project, which consists of several sectors interspersed with industrial waterways, and the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Port project, which is a seaport with a capacity of 24 berths, and constitutes a qualitative leap. In transit trade, it represents an important step in the project to revive the “Silk Road” through the Kuwait Gate.
