Four days before his death, composer Gennady Gladkov consulted doctors
It became known about the last days of the life of the Russian composer and songwriter for the cartoon “The Bremen Town Musicians” Gennady Gladkov. This is reported by Telegram-Mash channel.
According to the portal, four days before his death, the musician sought help from doctors. Then doctors diagnosed him with vegetative-vascular dystonia, a complex of disorders in the functioning of the autonomic nervous system, and also provided him with assistance at home.
The preliminary cause of death of the 88-year-old composer was stated to be heart problems.
The death of Gennady Gladkov became known on October 16. The musician died in his apartment in Moscow, located on Sadovaya-Triumfalnaya Street.
Gladkov gained wide fame by writing music for such films as “Gentlemen of Fortune”, “12 Chairs”, “Ordinary Miracle”, “Blue Puppy” and others. He was the author of songs in the cartoons “The Bremen Town Musicians” (1969) and “In the Footsteps of the Bremen Town Musicians” (1973).
