The Fujairah Martial Arts Club was crowned the Best Arab Club, for the second year in a row, according to the “Best” award, organized by “Tawaj News” in Egypt, in the category of the club with the most influential achievements, globally, Arably, and locally, for the year 2023.
The results of the award and the winners, in its various categories, were announced during an official ceremony, held recently in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, in the presence of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports.
The victory is a translation of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, and his interest and continuous support for developing the sports system in the emirate, and his constant keenness to provide all means and ingredients for success for it.
Nader Abu Shawish, Director of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, dedicated winning this award to His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Fujairah, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, President of the Fujairah Club.
Abu Shawsh appreciated the continuous follow-up of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah, and his directives aimed at providing all means to enable young people in Fujairah to practice sports, and to work to make the emirate a destination for champions.
Abu Shawish pointed out that the Fujairah Martial Arts Club witnessed great development during the recent period, and was able to maintain its leadership, through its sporting and community achievements and initiatives, and its hosting of many activities and tournaments.
It is worth noting that the Best Ceremony is organized by the “Coronation News” website for the fourth year in a row, and aims to honor individual sports champions in Egypt, in addition to some nominations from Arab countries.
