If Ferrari’s protests went through, Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz could rise to race and Charles Leclerc second.
Formula top rankings may go up again, as Ferrari has protested against both Red Bull drivers, says Racefans website.
According to Ferrari and the winner of the race Sergio Perez that came third Max Verstappen drove over the yellow line as they returned to the track from the depot. The car must be on the right side of the line.
Already during the race, it was surprising that there was no reaction to Verstappen’s track failure.
Both Red Bull drivers have been invited to be heard by the race jury.
Red Bull team manager Christian Horner admits the prosthesis is done. Horner emphasizes that the International Motorsport Federation (FIA) did not intervene during the race.
If Ferrari’s protests went through, Ferrari Carlos Sainz could become the winner of the competition and Charles Leclerc second sex. This would be the case if the penalty were a time penalty.
