A series of tornadoes hit Montgomery County in a devastating chain of events that left more than two dozen houses damaged or destroyed, according to emergency management authorities.
Among the affected buildings are some “critical public facilities”, although no injuries have been reported so far. However, evaluations continue to determine the scope total damages.

In an interview with KCCI, he described the deafening sound of the storm, comparing it with the rumble of a train, and remembered the horror of watch the isolation fly of the basement windows due to the force of the wind.
“They will get through it. You already see people helping each other, working together. And that’s what they do, people come together when a tragedy occurs. “People come together to support and encourage each other,” she stated determinedly.

According to the Storm Prediction Center, almost 11 million people are at risk elevated, level 3 of 5, thunderstorms in northern Texas, southern Oklahoma, southern Missouri and much of Arkansas.
This area includes the populous Texas cities of Dallas, Fort Worth and Arlington.
