Today, Saturday, the Saudi Al-Ittifaq Football Club announced its official contract with Patrice Carteron to coach the first team, replacing Serbian Vladan Milojevic.
The new coach, Patrice Carteron, will lead the team’s training tomorrow, Sunday, as the team prepares to face Al-Nassr next Friday in the 24th round of the Saudi Professional League.
Carteron began his coaching career with the French club Cannes in 2007, then French Dijon.
The French coach has achieved many achievements in the African continent during his training career, including the Congolese League and the African Champions League with Congolese club TP Mazembe during the years 2013, 2014 and 2015, two African Super Cups with Moroccan Raja in 2019 and with Egyptian Zamalek in 2020, and the Egyptian League championship in 2021 and the Egyptian Super Cup in 2020.
Carteron also has experience in the Saudi League, where he had two experiences with Al-Nasr in 2017 and cooperation in 2020.
