Mathieu Burgaudeau won the sixth stage of the Paris-Nice (Courthézon-Aubagne of 214 km with 5 Gpm). The 23-year-old from TotalEnergies – Peter Sagan’s team – is in their first career victory. The Frenchman surprised everyone miles from the finish and managed to hold out until the finish line at the return of the group set in sprint by Pedersen in front of Van Aert.
