He said that 99.5 percent of the tourism that currently visits the Isla de la Piedra is of national origin, mainly from the states of Coahuila, Durango, Sonora, and Nuevo León. The rest of the visitors, he specified, come from the United States and Canada, which enjoy the attractions of the ejido.

Sánchez Solís commented that at the end of the carnival, they will focus on “resting” 40 daysfor later be ready for the Easter holidays, to be held from April 10 to 16.
