Athletics|In Lahti, a new Finnish record for women’s shot put was seen on Friday.
Krista Tervo made a new Finnish record in the women’s javelin throw on Friday in the GP series competition in Lahti. The new SE was recorded at 74.63 meters.
The previous Finnish record in the sport was also held by Tervo. He improved his own best result by 23 centimeters.
The new SE was born in Lahti in the last round of the moukari competition. Tervo won the competition in Lahti by more than six meters to the runner-up Summer in Koskis.
Two accepted throws were enough for Tervo to win the race and get a great SE result. The protocol included four races and two races over 70 meters.
