The detainee, identified as Pawel K., could be sentenced to up to eight years in prison for espionage. According to Polish agents, the suspect had decided to collaborate with the investigation. The Public Ministry has requested before the district court of the capital that a “preventive measure in the form of temporary arrest” be issued against the suspect until the investigation is completed.
