Chihuahua.- In a hearing that took around three hours, Napoleón RB was linked to proceedings as the person allegedly responsible for the murder of Irving Smtih on February 14 of this year.
The charges for which he was linked are illegal deprivation of liberty, vehicle theft and aggravated homicide. The accused will remain in preventive detention during the time that complementary investigations are carried out.
In the presentation of evidence it was pointed out that thanks to the Chihuahua Shield cameras it was possible to follow up on the events of February 14, the date on which Napoleon RB requested the services of a flatbed car, presumably with the intention of committing the crime.
In the videos presented as evidence it was possible to locate the trajectory of the victim’s vehicle, before and after passing through Napoleon RB, as well as when it left the city.
