Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi received baby Hammam, the first Eid newborn, as the clock struck twelve. He was born in good health and weighed 4,150 kg. His parents, Ali Abdul Rahim Al Ibrahim and Heba Fayez Saeed Al Zoubi, expressed their gratitude, saying: “This Eid is truly special for us.” As we welcome our son into our lives, his arrival has filled our hearts with so much joy. We are very grateful to the medical staff at Burjeel Hospital for their excellent care and support, and this Eid will always be remembered.” Baby Hammam is the Jordanian couple’s fifth child.
Dr. Fadi Hashem, Obstetrics and Gynecology Consultant at Burjeel Hospital, said: “It is always a joy to witness the arrival of babies, especially on occasions such as Eid Al Adha. We strive to provide the best care to ensure the health and happiness of the mother and child. We wish the newborn and his family every happiness.”
While Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women and Children received baby Eida Salem Al Rams in the early hours of Eid Al Adha, as the Al Rams family of Emirati nationality was the first to receive their newborn on Eid Al Adha at exactly 7:50 p.m. The baby girl was born in good health, weighing 2.98 kilograms. Mr. Salem, the father of baby Aida, said: “We were happy to receive our baby girl on these blessed days. We would like to thank all the care staff at Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women and Children for the exceptional care they provided us.”
On the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, the Acting Executive Director of Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women and Children, Omar Al-Naqbi, said: “We were delighted to receive Eida, the newborn, in the first hours of Eid Al-Adha, which enhanced our joy at Eid. We wish her and her family continued health and wellness.”
