“Noa said that the women hostages were slaves and that so were the female soldiers, including Liri.” The mother of Liri Albag, a 19-year-old soldier kidnapped on October 7 and still a prisoner of Hamas, says it, quoted by the Times of Israel, who received this information from Noa Argamani, rescued from captivity in Gaza last week. Secluded in a luxury villa, she says, “they cleaned the yard, washed the dishes and prepared the food they couldn’t eat.”
Shira Albag claims her daughter was kept in the villa and was only allowed to shower after a month of captivity. After 40 days, Liri was moved to Hamas’ underground tunnel network. “It’s much worse there, there’s no fresh water and little food,” she says, adding that the hostages don’t have clean clothes and have no way to wash and dry their clothing, “not even their underwear.”
