Malyshev: a robot identifying explosive objects was tested in Novosibirsk
A robotic complex for remote identification of explosive objects was tested in Novosibirsk. Told about this REN TV Executive Director of the company “Compit Technic” Alexey Malyshev.
“The robot must remove all explosive objects that do not pose a threat to it: anti-personnel mines, some others,” added Malyshev.
During the testing process, the time, quality, depth of soil development and whether the complex is capable of eliminating explosive objects is checked.
According to the president of RATM Holding, Eduard Taran, the invented technology can improve the mine clearance process at least tenfold, allowing sappers to remain safe.
Earlier it was reported that Russian Guards in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) neutralized an aircraft-type reconnaissance and strike unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with an ammunition drop system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Two foreign-made mortar shells were found in the drone’s suspension mechanism.
