The BMW 4 Series LCI has secretly become known. And yes, that nose remains normal.
Man oh man, what a commotion there was when BMW unveiled the 4 Series Coupe. That was at the 2019 IAA. Only the wives of celebrities such as Adam Driver, Owen Wilson, Adrian Brody, Gerard Depardieu and Jean Reno were fans of BMW's new design. At least, that's what the purists thought.
But as is often the case, purists are not the customers and that is something that BMW realizes all too well. On the one hand, BMW has a huge number of fans with either no BMW or a very old BMW. On the other hand, BMW has a lot of customers who think differently than those dinosaurs.

M440i less clean?
And so almost nothing has changed about the BMW 4 LCI. We already had that idea when we heard in the corridors that not much would change. And sure enough, that turns out to be true. This is the new BMW 4 Series LCI. Of course it was again Wilco Blok who managed to pick the records off the net.
In this case the specific example is a BMW M440i xDrive. Can we tell you something about that? Well, we hoped we could say it would be more economical and cleaner. But the opposite seems to be true. We can now see at the bottom what the consumption and emissions are.

The figures for the new model (174 to 191 grams of CO2 per kilometer) are considerably higher than the current model (170 to 179 grams of CO2 per kilometer). Given the ever-increasing BPM fines, you can assume that the M440i will be a very exotic car with an exorbitant price tag.

Further changes BMW 4 Series LCI
Most of the changes will take place in the interior. The materials for the chairs are environmentally friendly. Just like the dashboard and other parts of the interior. iDrive 8.5 is also a great upgrade. In terms of engines, the changes are subtle.

The line-up remains more or less the same, but some blocks receive the famous Tü update. The BMW 4 Series will remain in production until 2028. Then the Neue Klasse takes over.
