Considering that two months have already passed since the launch of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, it seems that Nintendo is already ready to talk about some of the specific topics of this title. Thus, today a video focused on each of the pocket creatures that we find in the new generation was not shared, but rather The monster that ranks number one thousand in the national PokéDex has also been revealed.
Through his official Twitter account, Gholdengo has been introduced, which is registered as pokémon #1000. Considering its importance, the way to obtain it is quite complicated. It is not enough to find one walking through Paldea and catch it. No, an extensive side quest is required.
Meet Gholdengo, Pokémon #1,000 in the National Pokédex!

To start, you have to catch a Gimmighoul first, and the only way to make it evolve is to get 999 Gimmighoul coins. These items are obtained by defeating this Pokémon in battle, and by finding coins throughout the region. This is a similar quest to the Korok Seeds in Breath of the Wildbut neither requires solving a puzzle.
Clear, there is always the option of having someone transfer you a Gholdengo to register it in your PokéDex, and thus obtain the certificate that is granted when capturing the 400 pokémon available in Scarlet & Violet. On related topics, here you can check out the extensive video celebrating all 1008 pocket monsters available today.
Editor’s Note:
I understand that Gholdengo is something very important for the series, but the way in which it is obtained is extremely tedious. As someone who has already completed the PokéDex, take my advice, and better find someone to trade it to you, or at least let them register it.
