SAO PAULO (Reuters) – Soybean exports from Brazil are on the rise in October, reaching 3.25 million tonnes accumulated through the third week of the month, almost the total volume exported by the country in all of October 2021 (3.29 million tons), pointed out this Monday data from the Foreign Trade Secretariat (Secex).
By the daily average, exports totaled 232.3 thousand tons, versus 164.64 thousand tons per day in 2021.
Corn exports surpassed 5 million tons, versus 1.8 million tons in the entire month of 2021.
