Ubisoft says it has no plans to add any NFTs to Project Q, the new multiplayer PvP title he is working on. The game is therefore not connected to the platform Ubisoft Quartzcontrary to what many believed.
The confirmation came with a message on Twitter, published shortly after the official presentation of Project Q, which reads: “We have no plans to add NFT to this game (Project Q), you can find out more by registering and participating in the next tests! ”
This clarification is not entirely accidental: several users in fact hypothesized that the “Q” of Project Q, which we remember being only a code name and not the final one, indicated a link with Ubisoft Quartz, the platform for the sale of NFT launched some months ago by the French company and which for the moment has not met with great success. This should give a sigh of relief to users potentially interested in the project, as NFTs are frowned upon by so many players.
Project Q is a new multiplayer battle arena where players will be able to do battle in various PvP modes and currently still in the early stages of development. Ubisoft has confirmed that the game will not be a Battle Royale.
