Snow it will rain on Tuesday throughout Finland, except for Lapland, the Meteorological Institute says.
The most rain is concentrated near the southern coast, and in Uusimaa, for example, snow can accumulate up to ten centimeters more during the day.

It is 5–10 degrees in the central parts of the country, and in some places in Lapland it is more than 10 degrees below zero.
