When the presenter discussed with her partner Karin Giannone about the complicated situation in her country, she received a message from her mother, from whom she had not heard.
Seconds later, the aforementioned medium broadcast images of a block of flats destroyed by the attack by the Russian army. At that moment, Giannone asked Malchevska “and that is literally the building that we have been talking about that has been destroyed?”.
