Who has canwill have many sycophants And till worshipersmany “friends” many invitations, etc.
But that canby natural law of life, it is ephemeral, sooner or later it ends. I am referring to power that the system, political or businessyou gives to a person. Of course there is also power gained by inspiring fear.
The first two refer to the power that is granted in a public institution or in a private company, the story is and will be the same, in all cases, power comes at a time when it ends.
And when that happens, the sycophantsthe worshipersthe pseudo friendsthey will disappear, some even became adversaries or even enemies.
And then, those once powerful become something similar to the tortilla above, that tortilla that no one wants, that everyone avoids to take the warmer one below.
The only way to prevent tomorrow from being treated like the top tortilla is to perform today, from power, with empathy, humility, modesty and with the full awareness that life is like the wheel of fortune, what is up today tomorrow will be down.
If we are up, always keep in mind that sooner or later we will be down.
Let us always avoid the “brick syndrome“This negligible syndrome is the one suffered by those who, when climbing on a brick and feeling a little taller than others, begin to get dizzy, to fill their heads with pride. These types of individuals are the ones who will be despised and at best ignored.
No power lasts forever, power by elemental necessity has a beginning and an end.
Whoever has power and comes to believe that it will be permanent will die deceived, that is not, has never been, nor will it be possible.
The only absolute and forever power is that which God possesses, no matter how much some of those powerful people believe it is, we are only simple mortals.
Mexico needs leaders, not pseudo gods, Mexico needs empathetic, humble, modest leaders with a great, great desire to serve.
For a united Mexico, let’s make a pact to open the door to these types of leaders.
Thank you.
