The Corresponsables Plan will also provide funds to create job banks that favor the reconciliation of families with children up to 16 years of age
The Governing Council approved yesterday the direct granting of subsidies to the municipalities of the Region for the development of the actions framed in the Co-responsible Plan, for a maximum amount of 6,775,404 euros contributed by the Ministry of Equality, through the funds ‘Next Generation’.
These funds are mainly intended for the creation of quality employment (5,820,163 euros), but also include other items for professional care packages for families with children up to 16 years of age, training plans in co-responsibility and care for men, and other expenses dedicated to the management, as well as to the publicity and diffusion of the activities of the city councils.
The program will be developed through local administrations because it is considered to be the public body closest to citizens and also to the economic and social fabric of the municipalities, “in such a way that it has a notable responsibility in its commitment to equality, presenting itself as one of the priority areas to meet general family needs, as well as the more specific ones that may arise in groups in a situation of greater vulnerability”, say sources from the Ministry of Women, Equality, LGTBI, Families, Social Policy and Transparency .
Social Policy extends the contract for the reception service for women victims of gender violence in the Region
At the proposal of this department, the extension of the contract for the shelter and comprehensive care service in the emergency center for women victims of gender violence was authorized, for an amount of 2.2 million euros
This service provides women who suffer gender violence and their minor children with immediate accommodation and the necessary protection. The center welcomes and cares for women who have suffered abuse by their partner or ex-partner and are in a dangerous situation for this reason.
It is a short-stay resource, so the period of stay should not exceed 15 days, with very specific exceptions that will be assessed by the Emergency Center team and the Administration.
Agreement of the Board of Health
On the other hand, the Executive ratified the agreement reached at the Health Sector Roundtable held on November 2 between the Murcian Health Service (SMS) and the CSIF, UGT and CESM unions.
Six entities will receive a grant of 302,900 euros for the development of the social economy
Specifically, the agreement refers to the bases to which the calls derived from public employment offers and those of the positions that must be provided by the internal promotion procedure for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 must be adjusted, as well as well as that corresponding to the temporary employment stabilization plan. The agreement reached is presided over by the need to simplify the scales, so that job offers are resolved as quickly as possible.
Finally, the Governing Council approved a grant of 302,900 euros for the six signatory organizations of the Pact for the Social Economy of the Region 2021-2024. The beneficiaries are the Association of Insertion Companies (Adeirmur), with 17,000 euros; the Business Association of Labor and Participated Companies of the Region (Amusal), with 61,500 euros; the Federation of Cooperative Agricultural Societies (Fecamur), with 21,600 euros; the Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives (Fecoam), with 72,000 euros; the Union of Teaching Cooperatives of the Region (Ucoerm), with 30,800 euros, and the Union of Associated Work Cooperatives (Ucomur), with 100,000 euros.
