As a result of the inspection of the caches, the following were discovered: 27 RGN grenades, 41 F-1 grenades, 50 pieces of VOG (fragmentation grenade launcher round. – Ed.) 40 mm foreign-made, 13 pieces of PG7l and PG7s rounds, 47 TG-50 rounds, more than 10 thousand . small arms ammunition, more than 700 pieces of 155-mm NATO-style shells and 139 foreign-made tank shells, the department said.
In addition, Nazi symbols and medical syringes with a substance of unknown origin were found in weapons storage areas. He was sent to regional specialists for examination.
Operational measures to demilitarize and denazify the liberated settlements of the DPR continue.
Earlier, on March 15, a cache with foreign weapons was discovered by officers of the FSB Directorate for the DPR in the Volnovakha district of the republic. An American man-portable anti-tank missile system (ATGM) FGM-148 Javelin was found in a destroyed building.
On March 13, it was reported that as a result of joint activities by employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation for the DPR and the Russian National Guard, a mined cache prepared for committing acts of sabotage and terrorism was discovered in the Volodarsky district of the republic.
