Where were the brothers?
The agents took them to police stations, where they identified them and verified that they were indeed the García brothers.
“These individuals dedicated themselves for more than seven years to harassing and harassing women and children, causing terror and anxiety in the victims,” according to the Venezuelan attorney general, Tarek William Saab.
