“We are going to pass a law to make issuing money a crime. In which the president of the Central Bank, the board of directors, the president of the nation, the Minister of Economy and all Deputies and Senators who approve an aberration of these characteristics will go to prison.”he declared.
At the event, Milei criticized ideas of social justice, saying it was “an idea of resentful and envious people”. Afterwards, he was asked why liberalism would be better than other ideas, and he replied that “the improvement that liberalism implies is an improvement in moral terms.”
The Argentine leader also said that social and economic models from Switzerland, Ireland and Liechtenstein are the ones that interest him most.
