The situation happened in Nauvo’s guest marina in Paraini in the summer of 2022.
Three men were sentenced. According to the prosecutor, two of them have a background in United Brotherhood and one in Cannonball MC. Both groups are organized crime groups that have been disbanded.
According to the prosecutor, the threats directed at the victim were related to the victim’s resignation from the United Brotherhood, his work duties and previous investigations of the relationship between the victim and someone belonging to an organized criminal group.
The court stated that all the parties involved in the case have a background in defunct criminal organizations and thus they were already familiar with each other.
Situation It started in Nauvo when one of the men had asked an Aggredi employee to visit a motorboat at the pier. There, the Aggredi employee had been required, among other things, to stop working at Aggredi and cut off his finger. In addition, the employee had been punched in the head.
After committing the violence, the victim was threatened that the next time there would be a longer boat trip.
Aggredi is a program developed by Helsinki Mission, which helps people break away from a violent and criminal life. Its target groups are, among other things, people who have committed violent crimes outside the home and people who break away from criminal gangs.

District court sentenced one man to 30 days in jail for unlawful threatening.
In connection with the same legal proceedings, in addition to illegal threats, another man received a sentence for the crime of drug use, drunk driving, driving a vehicle without a license and endangering traffic safety. He was sentenced to four months in prison.
The third man was convicted of assault. As punishment, the court ordered 60 days of suspended imprisonment.
The male trio also had to pay various compensations.
The judgment given by the district court on Friday is not binding.
