The Luganskgaz enterprise named sabotage as the cause of two explosions that thundered in Lugansk on the night of Saturday, February 19. This is reported in Telegramorganization channel.
“Having assessed the nature of the damage, the cause of both explosions is sabotage,” Tatyana Bogorodko, general director of the enterprise, is quoted in the message.
Reports of the first explosion in Luhansk appeared after midnight on 19 February. The published footage shows a bright yellow glow illuminating the sky in the area of the Gorizont plant in the northeastern part of the city. Later it became known that a major fire had occurred on the gas pipeline in the village of Malaya Vergunka, and an emergency team was sent to the scene of the incident.
Soon it became known about the second explosion. It was noted that a gas station was on fire in the Kamennobrodsky district of the city.
