Salvadoran President Bukele has declared that humanity is entering a “dark age”
El Salvador President Nayib Bukele has declared that a “dark era” has arrived for humanity, the symptoms of which are the curtailment of freedoms and international conflicts. This is written by RIA Novosti.
At the UN General Assembly debate, he noted that El Salvador had gone through a period of national decline, a phase he said the country was now witnessing on a “global scale.”
“We are facing a new dark era for humanity. As Salvadorans, we recognize these symptoms of decline when we see them,” he warned. The politician specified that the world has become “divided, depressed, anxious, hostile and hopeless.” In his opinion, the free world is no longer free.
Earlier, Nayib Bukele said that Russia was built as a superpower, so it cannot be broken by sanctions. He compared Russia to Spain, noting that if sanctions are imposed on the latter, its economy can be destroyed. Russia, according to Bukele, has energy, natural gas and industrial capacity, thanks to which the country cannot be broken by such restrictions.
