Lakanen writes on social media that the coronavirus should be vaccinated.
One one of the most successful Finnish orienteers, the 2006 long-distance world champion Jani Lakanen told social media on Sunday how he felt he had been vaccinated against coronary heart disease.
Lakanen, who turned 45 last week, is still in great shape for his age. Lakanen writes on Instagram and Facebook that it was good to face the coronavirus when vaccinated.
“There was no need for land at the bottom of the bed, and teleworking was possible,” Lakanen writes, having achieved ten medals.
He works as a coaching trainer in Vierumäki and is also involved in the coaching of the Helsinki Orienteering Summit.
Earlier this week, Lakanen wrote on Twitter that he had welcomed the coronavirus with an “open arms” to his family.
“We’re in balance with the disease, thank you for the vaccinations.”
Now Lakanen says that after a week of illness and a couple of days of exercising at home, he went for a Nordic walking walk in Jyväskylä.
“The feeling of Nordic walking in the woods was quite good. The hills also rose slightly. I enjoy moving! ”
Lakanen recommends facing the coronavirus when vaccinated.
“It was clear to me to take coronary vaccines on time. I did not take them for my own sake, but to protect those at risk because of their illness. I certainly benefited from the vaccines myself now, ”Lakanen writes on Facebook.
