A simple and quick dish to make that solves a meal with few ingredients. We will start by cutting the breasts into tenderloins, season them with salt and pepper, bread them and fry them over high heat in a wok or, failing that, in a deep frying pan, with plenty of oil, passing them to a bowl lined with kitchen paper so that excess fat drains well
