A sale of more than seven-year sukuk and conventional 12-year bonds may follow, depending on market conditions.
The Bahraini economy recorded remarkable growth in 2022, reaching 4.9 percent, achieving the highest growth rate since 2013.
Non-oil GDP grew by 6.2 percent, the highest rate since 2012, exceeding the 5.0 percent growth target of the economic recovery plan. The growth of the oil sector decreased by 1.4 percent.
The non-oil sector also recorded the highest contribution rate to GDP in Bahrain’s history, reaching 83.1 percent in 2022.
