Sinaloa.- Culiacán and Ahome turned out to be the municipalities with the highest number of new coronavirus infections in Sinaloa, of the 831 reported by the Ministry of Health in the last 24 hours.
Actually, the number of new cases is 1,063with the 232 confirmed by private laboratories, but in the daily report of the unit it is not specified in which municipalities they were presented.
The data indicates that there were another 14 deaths in the entity.

With the 831 confirmed cases, the historical accumulated reached 115 thousand 164 cases since the first case that was registered in Sinaloa 721 days ago.
Of the new cases, 321 are from Culiacán, 318 from Ahome, 87 from Mazatlán, 45 from Guasave, 17 from Salvador Alvarado and 11 from El Fuerte, from the municipalities with the highest incidence of the virus.
Of the 14 dead, Culiacán presents six; Mazatlan, 3; Ahome, 2, and Guasave, 1.
In total, the pandemic has already left 9,552 deaths in the entity.
The municipalities with the highest lethality are: Culiacán, with 3,467 deaths; Ahome, with 1,653; Mazatlan, with 1,598; Guasave, with 1,029; Navolato, 320; Salvador Alvarado, with 281, and El Fuerte, with 276.
The number of patients with active virus at this time is 1,604with which the behavior is practically stagnant with a high incidence.
Of the active cases, Culiacán has 805; Mazatlan, 203; Ahhome, 175; Guasave, 138; Guamuchil, 67; Rosario, 55; Navolato, 42, and El Fuerte, 41, among others.
The cases in which patients are waiting for laboratory results reach 1,497. Of these, Culiacán has 600, while Mazatlán has 499.
These are followed by Ahome, with 158, and Guasave, with 134, according to the report from the Ministry of Health.
The information indicates that recorded 632 patients who were discharged after suffering from the virus. Of these, in Culiacán there were 280 and Ahome, 227, of the municipalities with the highest number of recovered in the last 24 hours in the entity.
