Norfolk wasn’t far behind, ranking third in cleanliness among the cities analyzed in the study.
“For the second year in a row, Virginia Beach, Virginia, eclipses all other cities in our rankings,” the LawnStarter report says. “The city’s stellar scorecard includes a lack of pollution and above-average living conditions that are highly praised by locals in consumer satisfaction.”
