The dry air mass over the Southeast region of Brazil will strengthen throughout the week, preventing the advance of cold fronts. Therefore, the forecast is for a predominance of sun and there is no expectation of rain in the city of São Paulo. In the next few days, the early morning cold decreases and maximum temperatures become higher during the afternoon.
This Monday, the 10th, it will be a sunny day in the capital of São Paulo. On Tuesday, as well as on the following days of the week, the scenario should remain the same.
According to the Climate Emergency Management Center (CGE) of the City of São Paulo (CGE), the combination of lack of rain and low levels of humidity are common at this time of year and contribute to worsening air quality.
“The recommendation is to stay well hydrated, protect yourself from the sun, use air humidifiers indoors and avoid physical activity outdoors between 11am and 4pm”, warns the municipal body.
See the forecast for the next few days in the city of São Paulo, according to Meteoblue:
– Monday: between 14ºC and 25ºC;
– Tuesday: between 14ºC and 26ºC;
– Wednesday: between 14ºC and 27ºC;
– Thursday: between 13ºC and 27ºC;
– Friday: between 14ºC and 27ºC.
According to Climatempo, the entire state of São Paulo is expected to record another dry week with very high temperatures in the afternoons. At least until Friday, the 14th, the tendency is for a predominance of sun, little or almost no cloud cover and temperatures rising quickly, especially in the afternoon. In the capital, over the next few days the maximum temperature should be around 27ºC.
Inside, the heat continues to exceed 30 °C. On the coast, the forecast is for temperatures to be around 30°C at the beginning of the week, but later varying between 27ºC and 28ºC. There is no forecast of rain.
Climatempo also reinforces the care with hydration during this period of drier weather and absence of rain. “Still air, with little wind, and the lack of rain are meteorological conditions that will increase the concentration of pollutants – leaving the air more polluted. In addition to avoiding outdoor activities during strong sunlight and using protection such as caps and visors, it is important to use sunscreen”, advises the meteorology company.
