The Abu Dhabi Club team was crowned the “First Level” Women’s Football League champion, after defeating FC, while Empire won the “Second Level” title, after defeating Peak Pro, in the final round of the league, which was held at the Dubai Football Association stadiums.
The coronation ceremony was attended by Amal Hassan Bouchalakh, Member of the Board of Directors of the Football Association and Head of the Women’s Football Committee, who handed over gold medals to the first-place players of the Abu Dhabi Women’s Club and the Empire team, and also handed over the competition’s shields for the first and second levels to the two teams.
For her part, Amal Bouchlach congratulated the Abu Dhabi Women’s Club team, the first-level league champion, and the Empire team, the second-level league champion, and praised the role of the participating teams’ players who performed outstandingly during the strong competitions in the competition.
Amal Bouchlach confirmed that the interest of the Federation’s Board of Directors in women’s football and its continuous support for it contributed to the success of the competition and developed the skills of the players. These successes give us great moral motivation and motivate us to continue working to increase the practice base of the game, to advance local women’s competitions and provide the national teams with talented players.
