An earthquake of magnitude 6.4 shook the Philippines on Tuesday, without knowing at the moment if there are victims.

The United States Geological Survey (USGS), which records seismic activity around the world, placed the earthquake at a depth of 27.3 kilometers and about 12 kilometers east of the town of Dolores, with about 32,500 population.

The earthquake was recorded at 10:50 p.m. local time (2:50 p.m. GMT).
At the end of July, at least ten people were killed in the northern Philippines by a magnitude 7.0 earthquake.

One of the most affected provinces was Abra, along with Bengued and Montaña, all of them on the island of Luzon. That also left 137 injured and more than 7,300 people were evacuated.
