Parents Kimi and Minttu Räikkönen published on Instagram on Saturday a picture of their son Robin, who had just driven the first karting race of his life.
7-year-old Robin had also grabbed a trophy from the competition, which he presents in the picture.
“The first competition of many! Father and mother are so proud of you,” Minttu Räikkönen wrote.
In the photo series, you can see the young promising driver briskly walking towards the podium after the race.
Publication gathered a lot of enthusiastic comments on Instagram.

Viaplay’s Dutch expert Tom Coronel started painting a top career for Robin Räikkönen right after the first race.
“Jump along in 2032. Then there will be a new Räikkönen in the F1 series,” he predicted.
